21 Gun Salute to Southern Family Heritage

Media sources and historians are equally guilty in delivering TRUTH. While negativity and sensationalism might sell newspapers and TV programs, responsibility commands neutrality in the delivery of facts.

Just before the Civil War, LESS THAN TEN PERCENT of Southerners owned slaves. Yet the media has brainwashed the American population and the world, depicting every Southerner as descended from plantation owners and cruel, hateful, heartless torturers who abused, beat, and hated black people.

For that misconception Southerners have paid a heavy price. Southerners have been ridiculed, stereotyped, tagged unjustly, and punished for more than 100 years. According to the media and Hollywood, every Southerner belongs to the KKK and every southerner is "toothless and ignorant."

It just isn't true.

Most Southerners who fought were without shoes and without proper clothing for the weather. They lived in daily fear while gone that their wives would be raped, children killed, and families burned out. They were, for the most part, poor farmers.

Today more hate crimes arise in states outside the South. And in the South, while some racism exists among both black and white, as everywhere else in the world, folks are friends.

Southerners aren't asking that they might own slaves, and they're not saying slavery is a good thing. They're not asking to secede, or to have the right to torture, hate or abuse.

All Southerners are asking for is recognition for their families, their fathers and grandfathers, who were honorable, law abiding people. And that history regarding the Civil War be told to the population-at-large, in a sane, and truthful manner.

Like the honorable soldiers in Iraq today have been sent to fight, so were the children of the South sent for what leadership deemed a just cause.

The Southern Battle Flag is a portrait of a time past in history which represents old, American families and the bloodiest war in American history. It placed brother against brother, father against son, and distanced cousins.

When the world can see the Southern flag as families, heritage, and not hate; and when the media can cease and desist stereotyping Southerners as the only racists on the planet, then the entire world might begin a healing process.

The Southern People - black and white - have had enough. Many are friends. It's the media that so often says otherwise.

Southerners don't really care about political parties as much as "Right vs. Wrong." And many Southerners hate lies and untruths. It seems to be in their genes.
Lawsuit Against Governor Saves Confederate Capitol Grounds
On January 14, 2002, Roger Broxton, President of Confederate Heritage Fund filed a lawsuit in Montgomery Circuit Court against Governor Don Siegelman (D) and the Alabama Historical Commission to prevent the destruction of the most historic piece of real estate of the Confederate States of America, the Alabama Capitol Grounds." read more: http://confederateheritage.org/Capitol-lawsuit.html
Governor Surrenders To Confederates Over Holiday Issue
"Alabama Governor Bob Riley's anti-Confederate Holiday Bill was soundly defeated during the 2004 Alabama Legislative Session.
In response to a united effort led by Confederate Heritage Fund, the State's foremost Confederate political action committee, Senate Bill 301, which would have abolished the observance of the Confederate Memorial Day Holiday on the 4th Monday in April, has been withdrawn by its sponsor, State Senator Hank Erwin (R) and its originator, Governor Bob Riley (R)." read more: http://confederateheritage.org/Governor-Holiday.html

If a history is to be written by any honest means, the way to publish the truth is in following the money, particularly the avenues in which Abraham Lincoln and so many of the Founding Fathers made theirs, including railroads, insurance companies, Aetna, and slavery along with and friendly/family/friend profit - from the war. And today, while the trend is for politicians to sell themselves and their souls to lobbyists, corporations, and other interests, what will be left for our children to inherit after the sellouts will be "The Future."

Looney Nation, Frontier History Tennessee Renfro and Alabama Black Fox

Robert Looney came to this country from the Isle of Man in the early 1700's. The name has been spelled many ways including Luna and Luney. DNA testing has linked the family to Scandinavian and Viking heritage. Records of family members can be found in the Barbados islands as early as the 1500s.

Robert Luna first settled in Philadelphia, migrated southward owning a parcel near the Potomac River. He then moved his family further south to western Virginia, established a fort, ferry and trading post on the James River, in what is now known as Botetourt County, near the community of Buchanan.

He is said to have had twelve sons.

Within the same geographical area was a man named Stephen Renfro, spelled many ways, including Rentfro, and Renfroe. His farm was near the present area of Preston Park, Roanoke, Virginia named for Colonel Preston.

From here the families become complicated, as Stephen Renfro, a widower married the widow of Robert Looney, Jr. and took her sons John, Moses and the other children west, finally settling in Knox County, Tennessee where Stephen Renfro's will is located. Stephen lost a son, Stephen, Jr. at Red River.

There have always been disagreements over which John Looney was Revolutionary War Captain, and research shows the descendant of Robert Looney, Jr. was most likely captain. Members of this branch continued westward and produced the Cherokee Chief, John Looney and also a colorful character named "Bill Looney" who set up an underground railroad and took on the KKK of Alabama.

  • Alabama's Looney's Tavern & Black Fox

  • As my best information indicates, the Stephen Renfro family connected with the Looney family in three ways. And if I'm wrong, please don't hesitate to leave comments.

First, widowed Stephen Renfro, Sr. married Robert Looney, Jr's. widow, Margaret Rhea Looney and helped raise her fatherless children in Tennessee. Branches migrated into Alabama and further west to Texas - one became a powerful politician.

Second, Stephen Renfro, Sr. had a daughter named Esther who married John Looney, brother of Robert Looney, Jr. and they remained in Virginia, finally settling in what today is known as Craig County. Esther Looney died in 1821, her obit stating she was the "first white female born west of the James River in Botetourt County, Virginia." Many of their descendants remain in Virginia in the western portion and in Tazewell.

Third, Stephen Renfro, Sr's. second daughter Elizabeth, married her step-brother, John Looney, the son of deceased Robert Looney, Jr. These parented some of the Alabama/Tennessee families.

John Looney and (deceased) Robert Looney, Jr. and Absalom Looney of Virginia were brothers. Robert's children went west. Absalom and John had grandchildren who married, and produced Alexander Caldwell Looney, the eldest pictured - a survivor of America's bloodiest - The Civil War. His son George Nicholas Looney and wife, Henrietta Sublett Looney are seated with children standing. Etta Sublett was descended direct lineage, from the first settlers of Manakintown, Virginia - French Huguenot, 1700.

His home was one mile from the "Yankee" West Virginia border. They were all friends and Alex constructed hand-made moccasins and sold them to his WV friends. His first wife was Senator Richard Lugar's very distant cousin, Margaret M. Lugar, both descending from the first Hessian immigrant, Adam. Throughout these first eastern colonists and descendants from early Virginia you will find a mixture of nearly every heritage.

    Written by Sally Denton

The book includes the story of Ralph Ross, a brave former state trooper from Kentucky who stood his ground against "The Company" of corrupted public officials and businessmen connected with every manner of heinous crime; far reaching to the highest levels of government. Some local people said, "delusional," or "folk tales," or "nice novel," while the crime continued and millionaires walked away, unscathed, only to become more powerful and financially secure.

R.I.C.O. Legislation: for High Crimes and Misdemeanors?

Gordon said, "Heck, we got guns buried in plastic bags in our back yards all over Kentucky. Why my own brother's a railroad man." He went on to say besides bein brainwashed, he had a lion at his house near the river, and if folks didn't like it they might just be turned into fish food. And his preacher knew what he did.

"You ever been hit by the spirit?" Gordon said he was Pentecostal.

"Heck no, but folks are so poor up here in Kentucky, for a dollar or two they might sure think so," I said back.

Then come to find out later all about Jack Abramoff and money he was giving out to folks, and Senator McConnell in Kentucky got $16 or $19,000 and Hal Rogers got $30,000. They didn't give it back to the Indians, but they gave it to real good causes like Christian charities and U.N.I.T.E. You couldn't blame Rogers much, because his mountain folks were all being poisoned with oxycontin and drugs of all sorts. And U.N.I.T.E. was the one hope to save those mountain families.

Kentucky with marijuana as its cash crop and the famine of Mena cocaine years had a lasting effect on the families and children. It was a tough problem to overcome.

Gordon mentioned that C-4 reminded me of when I lived down near Atlanta and the Olympics. I got on the interstate one night thinking as I was driving, I had a vision there's a bomb in the truck I was passing on I-75.

This Swedish fellow Bjorn Ollsson at Harmon Industries had asked if I was going down to the Olympics and volunteer. He seemed disappointed when I said no, because he thought I'd like to make acquaintance with the "foreign dignitaries." A few days later, the Olympics bombing report came on TV, and I thought, "Maybe I wasn't so crazy that night when I thought about that bomb." It was a psychic moment, I guess.

I was glad I didn't go down there volunteering after all.

Seemed it was always one person to be the one, lone bomber, or just a handful of folks. But I can't understand how I didn't know or remember about vanpac and Judge Vance until just lately as closely as I've followed the news all these years. Maybe it was because at that time I was living in North Carolina.

These fires, like just October 28 my Dad had been dead for 45 years to the day and there's a fire on Ocean Isle Beach that killed several innocent college kids. That's where his grandson met Amy Frink about the same time as the vanpac bombs.

Then a fire happened in Knott County, Kentucky and burned up two little Hoskins kids. Somehow the Mills were kin in to that family whether it was his, I don't know. But you know a Jonathan Hoskins was working at Mike Conover's motel, Richmond in 1999.

So then if that weren't enough then the Virginia Tech Massacre shooting, another man, this time he wasn't an American extremist, but Korean. Virginia Tech has a pretty chapel I got married in and all of those fraternity folks with big jobs in coal, power and railroads, the Tau Delts are from there. And graduates all those successful businessmen, too all over the country, but prided at the railroad.

Power Stations had been my ex-husband's BSEE, but his Delt brother John Jones was the successful Va. Tech king of Electric Power.

Then reading the list of all those folks flying Mississippi's Trent Lott around, tobacco and all, I tried to think about Mississippi and the only person I knew of was Tim Hilliard who moved up from Biloxi. He said he was a Mason, scruffy looking guy, and even rented a house near mine. The guy he rented from was sorry because Hilliard burned up some stuff, said he was seeing things and stole a light fixture. He moved on up into the mountains from there. Said his daddy worked for Toyota, but he was the kind you never knew what to believe.

This fellow in Nicholasville, named Rick O'Donnell said the railroad moved gangs around and O'Donnell would drive them. He moved on out of the state around 2000.

From Louisiana there was only one man I knew and he was breeding and showing my kind of dogs, but then my brand, new next door neighbor named Lambert said he had a sister who had six bars in New Orleans. After Katrina I wondered if anything was left. Lambert moved in from Ohio, and had met his partner on the internet. She bought the farm, and they got thoroughbred horses out of Pennsylvania, then a couple years later, they got married. He had a habit of borrowing things and didn't give them back until you asked. He even wanted to borrow my truck at one point to haul horses from Pennsylvania. He was the kind you were a little scared to turn down.

He said he'd been a butcher, and that if I needed any animals killed, it was easy for him to just "put a bullet between its eyes." He became friends with Jerry Jones, the Mormon connected to N.C. folks said worked at the school board, and Hunt, the neighbor who has my land erroneously fenced. When they had the Lambert wedding, (I'm proud to say) I wasn't invited.

Hunt's smart, and knows the Kentucky courts. "They won't do anything if you sue over the septic tank. It will just sit in court and nothing will ever happen. Look, I'll give you $300 per acre for that land I've fenced. Let's settle it right now." He's right. It's been almost four years. Guess I should be happy with the offer.

Then I heard the seller of my farm found work down in New Orleans, but his work connections seemed to be in Nicholasville, the home of R.J. Corman and Sons. I lived there for about a year and rented a farm from Tom and Mary Morton. They were rebuilding down there in New Orleans, and construction folks could get paid more if they headed down south.

I was in New Orleans once, and like most of our railroad fun trips, it was always paid for by somebody selling to the railroad like Okonite, or Harmon or Plasser American. I even played "one arm bandit" once on a Mississippi River Boat and sat and dined with Presidents of the Companies.

That ACS managing Siegelman's office is interesting because donations from a Blodgett or two, then some other Blodgetts come into the picture from Washington DC. This man named Searle is he English from Nottingham, I'd wondered.

This other guy connected with Caterpillar was an Englishman and said he'd bail me out of jail in 1999 if they put me in Cobb County. One of the judges down there was from England: Adele Grubbs. I thought maybe he had connections of some sort. I met him out of the blue in Cobb County almost from nowhere. It's how I meet a lot of these folks. You know just go somewhere and sit and wait, then they come landing like an unwelcomed parasite.

The thing was how did they know I was coming down from Kentucky? Must have been some of that money that kept me from winning in court, I figured.

You have to keep from laughing sometimes. This guy came into Corner Pocket in Nicholasville, Kentucky and it was dusk, almost dark outside. He was wearing a Washington DC t-shirt, and running around asking folks if they wanted to go water skiing on a boat at Lake Harrington.

Everybody kinda looked funny at that guy, and then he came over prodding me to go along.

And I said, "What are you doing wearing that shirt bragging about Washington D.C. in here? You're not in Washington D.C. This is Kentucky, and if I were you I'd turn that shirt inside out or get out of this bar."

"And do you really think anybody is stupid enough to go water skiing at Lake Harrington in the dark of night? There's rumors they dragged that lake lookin' for one body, and pulled two others up that didn't match."

He went on out like a dog with his tail between his legs. Mission unaccomplished, I guess.

Then this husband wife divorce split up ownership of two bars, one in Frankfort and one in Lawrenceburg. Adjacent counties, Frankfort is the capitol. I wandered down to that one once, and this guy comes up and says he works for the Department of Justice. He pulls out his business card and sure enough it looks just like it. And he says his name is Miller, and he "built the new Federal Prison" at Paintsville. He talked about his family and how much his family liked him. And he said he'd done just about everything besides being a lawyer and all, there wasn't much money in any profession, like he knew where there was money.

But he said he owned both of those bars, and the folks pretending to own them were really just pretending because his job at the DOJ disallowed him to own bars outright. It was real strange. I just went there to sing karaoke, and later one of the bar owners said that guy was lying.

But seemed you'd leave and there was a roadblock, police trying to catch folks and even the bar owner said, "I got something worked out with the cab company if you want a ride, I split it half with them." Then you get in the car to drive, and there's the roadblock, ready to catch you and take you to jail, like it was all worked out before hand.

I always wondered if R.I.C.O legislation was written for executives and politicians or only for organized crime families the "Big Boys" like to keep in their pockets. And I guess it all depends on the statutes of limitations or on who has executive privilege - or or or or.

Dr. Ron Paul: Fascism isn't soft. It's well-established, global, and deadly.

Fascism isn't exclusive to one political party but imbedded in established wealth and corporate power.

When fascist organizations, corporations and/or social networks blacklist a person, there will be no relief, happiness, or success. They'll make plans to destroy the person financially, emotionally, physically, even spiritually if it were possible.

They'll call on their criminal friends, from the presidential or gubernatorial pardoned networks, and ask the released criminals to return favors, destroy their targeted enemy, their family, friends, and children with devastation, sabotage, theft, accidents, drugs, failure, or death.

Police, politicians, organized criminals, executives, lawyers and judges are Fascist tools to be used against a targeted, blacklisted individual.

  • Fascist money and power makes the arrangements.

  • They can arrange arrests with police, jail, mental hospitals, and prisons: every form of human degradation. They will ridicule and have their powerful friends and teams call the victim names, like "nut," and "drunk."

Police and law enforcement know to ignore the situation. In some instances law enforcement realizes the "target" already has a tombstone with his name on it. The police don't want to lose their jobs, or healthcare.

Fascists do these things to a person sending a message to others to behave, to agree with the fascists, and to behave as the fascists would like. They create early graves for their opponents, and laugh about it. They get the Christian vote and then make jokes about them.

The Fascists sometimes have illegal income, some have drug connected wealth and numbered bank accounts. And those who could expose it are often imprisoned, incarcerated or dead. Fascists have powerful teams who prevent friends from being audited or investigated.

In Alabama former Governor Don Siegelman could speak of corruption, of stolen elections and probably more, but prison prohibits it. Intimidated Attorney Dana Jill Simpson dared to speak, and her home was burned to the ground, her car totaled when run off the road. Journalist John Caylor lives in fear of unlawful arrest and imprisonment for exposing the antics of Karl Rove and others involved in the Siegelman frameup. His mother was brutally murdered.

Former Alabama police officer Patrick Swiney rots in prison twenty years for uncovering a corrupted Alabama police department swimming in illegal drugs.

More than two hundred mysterious deaths surround Arkansas, a state responsible for death, drugs, and destruction far reaching throughout the country, in its protection and coverup of the crimes of Bill Clinton.

President George Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney defy the courts and rule of law in protecting Rove's antics, to keep years, even decades of crimes covered. One original cabinet member remains: the wife of Senator Mitch McConnell, Chinese born Elaine Chao, secretary of an American labor force that's being moved overseas.

"We voted for Bill Clinton as President to get him OUT of Arkansas," said one Arkansan.

In Georgia, former State Senator Charles Walker sits in prison with stories to tell. Is he, like Siegelman, kept distanced from the press? Was he framed? Were the Tennessee legislators rounded up in the operation, "Tennessee Waltz" framed by a Washington DC team who pushed the FBI's "on" button?

God knows the FBI ignores what it wants. So it obviously has a Fascist "off" button, as well.

When Conservative Fascists and powerful media refer to Ron Paul as a "nut case," or "crack pot," instead they should be examining their positions, to realize there are a multitude of Americans who believe differently; don't have a lawyer who can pull a string with a judge; don't need an accountant to help with finances and money they don't have; and don't have a regular doctor to help with a child, or a dentist to pull a tooth. They don't have fascist fraternity brothers, and their children weren't deferred from fighting Viet Nam.

Dr. Paul hasn't yet made plans for replacing the income tax, but when he does I doubt the money will be spent erecting palaces called court houses, as has been done in the recent past.

Lawyers and judges have imprisoned enough Americans, children and victims; destroyed enough families with their fascist drug wars, and protected fascist corporate greed, silenced truth tellers with false imprisonment and death, while Drug Lords and Kingpins have fattened themselves with the death money and made friends at state capitols and Washington D.C. who hands out the building contracts to their fascist friends.

Dr. Paul may not become our next President. But he will have a lasting effect on this country, its history, its children, leadership and business, and hopefully awaken an entire nation to the horrors of Fascism.

Mena Cocaine and Gary Webb's "Suicide"

Vince Foster, RIP. Sarcastically speaking, Americans need to be dragged through Clinton crimes four-eight more years, like they don't have enough to do. Maybe Clinton friends Putin or the Chinese will move in to help them.

Both major American political parties have lost their senses for the sake of winning. They've sold out our homeland and heritage, our American children and grandchildrens' inheritance, imprisoned and poisoned them with pills and drugs, given them criminal records, and reduced them to poverty, now to find nothing left but debt.

Be still, child, or you'll be suicided, like Gary Webb and other journalists who have tried to uncover the truth and expose the criminal networks operating covertly within the American government.

Don't be silly. It's time to look elsewhere for leadership. The present ones have been in control for so long, they've become dynasties and use the government to line THEIR pockets and believe it's honorable. The people no longer matter to them. Their bank accounts matter, THEIR children, THEIR jobs, THEIR educations, THEIR healthcare.

Smokes Bar, by the Air Force Base in Warner Robins, 1999

Smokes Bar in Warner Robins, Georgia, 1999 was a small hangout in an old strip center where folks went to pay their Bell South bills. It's the first time I'd ever seen karaoke. I passed the time there hoping to get my divorce over with so I colud move on with my life, killing two birds with one stone - I figured I'd find out through the street people and bar flies more about my disappeared, dead child than I'd ever find out through law enforcement.

As it was I found out more.

The "law" was too corrupt in Warner Robins, and in Georgia in general. Not long after I went to Smokes, a man from Las Vegas came and took control, and the stories from there abound, particularly a girl I met, "Maggie" who later, I was told, died at a young age. She adored NASCAR'S Dale Earnhardt, whom I'd cartooned, and soon he'd be dead, too. I'd promised Maggie I'd give her the original I'd drawn, but she died before I could fulfill my promise..

Wiggins Ford employees would come in and rumors flew they were running drugs. One of the employees said my Livingston landlord was a heroin addict. And if it was true, I figured that's why he was forging my checks.

But it's where I met Bobby who said, "I had so much money hidden in my washing machine, they put me in prison." Then later Gordon Bennett from Kentucky met Bobby and said, "You from Dixieland? I'm from Bluegrass, and I think we can talk."

One of the funniest stories was from Smokes, the hangout for military because of the Air Force Base, and also a place for anybody and everybody. Viet Nam Vets were regulars there and big, ugly bruisers, and I asked THE question.

"What's the scariest movie yall have ever seen? Mine's Arachniphobia because I've always been afraid of spiders."

They were veterans, active military, and street people. I looked around and everyone was silent and thinking, with serious expressions on their faces and then one of the larger guys blurted out:

    "The Deliverance."

Everybody got quiet. The entire room was so still it felt as though you could cut the air with a knife.

And I was surprised, trying to remember the movie I'd seen once long ago, then realized it was the rape scene more than anything and the stalking, that must have stuck in their heads that could be so scary.

I teased them saying, "Awww those folks are my cousins." It was a joke.

But later I'd find out there are places like that in the USA. And I found a video online I've never been able to forget. It will always be labeled a favorite.
  • The Duel

  • It had to have been made by a prophet in England who knew more about the South than many Southerners. I always likened the little chickens in the end as the KKK dressed up in Tyson chicken suits. And the KFC is of course, Kentucky's John Y Brown, Jr., Kentucky Fried. Were the Arkansas chickens really stuffed with cocaine? Rumors flow all around the state about that. One lady said metal gates were shipped full of it. Pink Cadillac is another place, but that really could be Boss Hogg in the picture.

John Y. was a former Kentucky governor tied in with "The Company" Khashoggi's Triad, the Bluegrass Conspiracy, Clinton and drugs of the 1980's. And then there's the Dukes of Hazzard, and the "SPCA" who in this video, are dog catchers, they look like cops chasing pigs, corrupt American police officers particularly in the 1960's were referred to as "pigs." It wasn't a nice thing to say, but that's just the way it was back then.

I joke with friends, I'm in this video, but hiding in the back seat of the orange car, because I don't want to be famous, and never did. But you can only kick a female dog so long and finally she just might fight back. Sometimes it's the only thing left to do.

    Georgia County Commissioners Association

Does every state have one of these, and a "Republican Governors group," too?

It was 1997 and Phil Ogden, Vice President of Engineering for Norfolk Southern Corporation sponsored a Christmas Party downtown in Atlanta. My former husband, now retired was Assistant Vice President Communications and Signals, and couldn't understand how Ogden had managed to stay in Atlanta because most people at his management level were located in Norfolk, Virginia.

Ogden's Engineering Department sponsored the Christmas party and the railroad band "The Lawmen" played mostly country songs. The "Lawmen" weren't just musicians, they were also Norfolk Southern police.

The music was wonderful but then some fellow comes over sat down, and pointed over to a table, saying, "You see those people over there? Know who they are? They're Cobb County Commissioners."

I thought, "Oh, well that's nice, lots of vendors here, too." So then, this elderly man, a vendor, came over named Itis, and he was from Alabama. He made some comments and someone said he owned a ballast company in Birmingham. He had a beautiful young blond wife.

Then they had a "broom dance," that I'd never seen where they swap partners. Some guy grabbed me for a dance, and quickly whispers some things like he's scared. He moved on to another partner. And I thought, MY GOSH, what is going on here?

We flew on a corporate plane after that in the summer, to Jeckyll Island and I believe the plane belonged to Itis. It came out of Birmingham and landed at the small airport on Camp Creek north of Atlanta.

Ogden's department sponsored the plane trip to Jeckyll and of course, the railroad wives were pampered. I spent a little time with Ogden's wife, Cheryl, another native Virginian. Ogden dressed like a cowboy or a Texan and wore a cowboy, or country music hat. It was interesting how well he presented himself. And my husband told me Ogden told him to deal with certain vendors, his choice.

Since then Paul Coverdell wrote to the Cobb County Commissioners on my account, and then he was dead. I've worried so that I got the former senator involved in this mess by asking for his help. Dead, bloody children and railroad, big money connections is frightening.

Throw in a hint of VANPAC, and someone needs to seriously figure if there are any solid connections among the networkers.

But I keep trying to get to the bottom of it all these years. Interesting the Georgia County Commission has a group of members and some aren't even from the state. The "ENERGY" and "Business" connections most probably tie in to the mess with Governor Rob Riley of Alabama, Abramoff, and silenced, imprisoned former Governor Don Siegelman.

Mike Quillen, President, Alpha Natural Resources, Inc.
spoke to the teachers about the cooperative role of industry and educators and the desire of industry to support energy education in our public schools. These three gentlemen have been involved both directly and indirectly with the energy education

Banks, Privacy Invasion, and Personal Property Theft

THIS IS FOR ALL THE SIMPLE PEOPLE - (like me.)
For the ones who wrestle with money and red tape, and laws in attempting to avoid bankruptcy, financial devastation, and still live an honest life, to have death and burial with dignity and honor, and in knowing a person has honestly paid his way in life.
It's about simplicity, privacy, respect, and - "right vs. wrong."

It's about BANKS rumored now to be in trouble, and about a financial and taxation system few required to live by it, can understand.

A friend collected books, gathered original signatures of book authors as a hobby and investment. He mailed the newly purchased book to the author with a request, to kindly have the book returned, and signed. With time the signatures will be valuable with book values greatly increased by the original autographs.

When my bank stopped returning my canceled checks, which are legal documents, I became unnerved. Why are they doing this? Many banks are doing the same. It appears to be a trend.

I was receiving a printing of the front sides of my checks, but not the backs, which would show who cashed the check and where each was cashed. I had paid for the checks, in bulk and some "per check" and these were my personal, legal documents to prove I was, in some cases, honest: or dishonest. They belong to me, and not to the bank.

So I phoned the bank and asked, "Why are you doing this?" And why aren't you at least publishing both sides of the checks? The bank agreed that to satisfy my concern, they would send me copies of both front and backs of the checks.

Should I have to pay to get copies of the checks otherwise? What are they doing with the original documents and original personal signatures? Had I not requested it, these forgeries and the network involved in cashing the checks would be more difficult and problematic, and costly to me, the consumer, to trace.

In this particular forgery, I was initially told the bank would prosecute the thieves involved. Then I was advised later the bank had apparently opted not to prosecute, and had never notified the Sheriff of the crime. It's very difficult to fight crime when we have no idea of knowing how to fight it. It was explained by a friend, it was "cheaper" for the bank to replace my money than for the bank to initiate a criminal investigation.

    THE IRA...

We had an argument. I had a small IRA with Waddell and Reid in Kentucky. But I found they weren't prompt with my requests and I began to distrust the dealings. So I went to move the savings account.

When I told the man who said he was a "contractor" for Waddell and Reid, he said, "Oh, we can't do a thing until Monday, because it's Friday afternoon. It's too late after (I think he said 2:00 p.m.) today."

So over the weekend the account lost a significant amount of money.

So I went back to the IRA office Monday and the man was quite curious. "Where are you going to move your money, honey, Bermuda, Bahamas?" I thought to myself this guy sounds like he walked right out of a Sopranos scene.

I stood back and said, "Sir, I don't believe that's any of your dam business. Now, give me my money."

But you see I was wrong, and he was right. The law states they have to know where you're moving your money and you are required to tell them.

In my opinion that's privacy invasion, and no institution or business or group of employees should have the right to monitor anyone's assets or personal property.

Isn't it enough as an article I read says there are at least 13 people who read every check you write, knowing where the money went and how much. Is it those 13 people's business, but more importantly can they be trusted?

But, you see we have elected people to Congress who write the laws, just as the banking and business lobbyists request.

Kentucky's Begley, alias name Sutton, said, "I killed a Federal Judge in Texas."

"Me and Denver share an alias name, 'Bill Sutton,'"

    "I'm a hit man."

"I killed a Federal Judge in Texas."

Who could forget the dialogue? Elmer Begley, Jr. lived in Richmond, Kentucky, but traveled through Nicholasville, on to Harrodsburg and to Cornishville.

He was a reputed drug dealer, and pointed out houses and farms built and purchased with cocaine money. Folks called him "Fudd," for his nickname, "Elmer Fudd."

Begley was to be my helper when I purchased the Kentucky farm. What these boys didn't realize, I was familiar with the ways of Southern gangs, and had been taking notes from way back in time, 1970. I knew stories how they'd rig the courtroom and totally trash people, and how their lawyers took care of things for them. I'd experienced some of it in Salem, Virginia.

Another thing I noticed with this crowd, several of the phone numbers ended with the number "99." They had superstitions about knives, and numbers and when President Bush bought the 99,000 acres in Paraguay, the 1999 bell kept popping everywhere. It was the time of the millennium scare when everything would collapse because of global computer glitches. It never happened. But the 99 used in phone numbers seemed to suggest a network.

"Leroy's coming over to meet you," Begley said.

The year was 2001 a few months before 911, and soon after Steve Pence, BOPTROT attorney, and later Lt. Governor of Kentucky, would be appointed US Attorney in Louisville. Strange commercials on the Lebanon, Kentucky radio station sounded like the voice of Dick Cheney, our newly elected Vice President. My brother used to imitate JFK so I thought it was funny Cheney's impersonator was on a radio commercial in Kentucky.

Begley continued to prep me for Leroy's visit. "He's gonna give you the secret handshake, so let me show you how to do it."

He grasped my hand, squeezed it tightly, firm and rocked the joined hands back and forth just a bit.

    "That's it," he said.

"Oh, okay. Thanks, I got it," I said with a nod, giggle, and a grin.

Not so long after, Leroy came to the door. Just like Begley'd said, Leroy grabbed my hand with the secret handshake, looking straight into my eyes.

He came in and asked for a drink. I poured probably 8 ounces of Kentucky Early Times whiskey in a glass, and asked if he wanted ice, or a mix. He wanted a chaser. All I had was diet coke.

He'd sat at the kitchen table and after one gulp, and the whiskey was gone, followed by the coke.

Leroy slammed the glass down real hard on the table and looked up at Begley.

"She sure knows how to fix a man a drink."

Then Leroy went on to say, "You ain't crazy, are you?"

I laughed and said, "Well, no, not last time I looked."

Two weeks later, Leroy was dead. He, Begley and Leroy's truck went off the road. Begley survived, and wore a neck brace for a while. But he always carried a big knife hidden in his boot. And he was in and out of jail, but never stayed in jail long, like the rest. They were in and out of jails and prisons on revolving door plan, it seemed.

Begley died last year. He was probably the best friend I ever had. He'd said, "They're tryin' to drive you crazy, and I know the game." He had a way of dropping hints up front, so I'd know better how to handle a coming situation.

He also said, "You know I ain't never met anybody like you, before. Honest and all."

Begley'd taken me to a place where I met a woman who appeared to be brain damaged, and she struggled with speech. I asked Begley if she'd been born that way and Begley'd said, "Nope, she inhaled too many of them fumes." (Crystal Meth lab fumes)

It was one of the saddest, heart breaking, tear-jerking situations I've ever been in my life, to see so many people's lives destroyed and wasted with the chemicals and horrors spread around American communities.

The drug war won't end. The Devils who start wars can't and won't stop them.

"You'll never get rid of drugs in this country. Too many politicians are making money from drugs," said a State Senator, NC, 1990. More incredibly unbelievable, and unforgettable dialogue.

Begley'd been in a truck accident years before, in another fatality when the truck carrying a man had plunged into the Kentucky River. Begley'd escaped.

Leroy's funeral was published on the net for a while, and then removed. He had several pall bearers, one was Begley, another was Mike Conover, preacher and lawyer in Harrodsburg, Kentucky who operates the "Family of God" church and has a Florida winter home. Conover also owned Quality Quarters Motel in Richmond where Gordon Bennett had brought me to stay in 1999.

The Mills family was said to have migrated from Pineville, around Bell County, but before that, said to be Cincinnati connected. Several siblings were located in varying areas.

When reading about the U.S. Attorney scandal, and Texas' Johnny Sutton, and about Bush's refusal to release border agents from prison, who were rightfully guarding our children from drug runners, the name Sutton couldn't erase itself from my thoughts.

The only Texas Federal Judge killing I knew of was one involving the father of Woody Harrelson, a good friend of Gatewood Galbraith. If Begley said his alias was "Sutton" and confessed he killed the judge, why was Harrelson in prison?

Nothing ever seems to add up anymore when it comes to Southern Justice.

    Nobody's perfect, I guess.

SALEM, VIRGINIA: Home of Caterpillar and Moore Pontiac..... and MORE!

Salem, Virginia is the county seat of Roanoke County, Virginia. It's a smaller town in a tri-city area of Roanoke, Salem, and Vinton.

I went to high school at Andrew Lewis, later known as Salem High School. Salem boasted Moore Pontiac, and Harvest Motors owned by George P. Moore of Fincastle, Virginia.

It was also where Titus A. "Bud" Wilfore got his start with Caterpillar. In fact, I met my husband, Gerard J. Sniffen, Jr. while he was working for Caterpillar. The company these two Virginia Tech Tau Delta Fraternity Brothers worked for was: Carter Machinery, owned by a man named "Bern Carter."

Later my husband was called to work back at Norfolk and Western, and moved up the ladder pretty fast. Soon he was an Assistant Vice President of Communications for Norfolk Southern.

Back then, 1968, the President of Norfolk and Western lived in Salem and had a huge house on Hawthorne Lane. His name was Fishwick and we used to go jump on the trampoline next to his mansion wondering if we could jump high enough to see if there really was a swimming pool on top. The house had six or seven stories.

Later we learned Mrs. Fishwick flew on the corporate lear jet to Chicago to get her dentistry work done.

So today, Titus A. Wilfore is in Atlanta successfully running another Caterpillar dealership. I knew his first wife, Janice. Last time I saw her they'd divorced and she'd moved out to California. She'd disappeared with some TRUCKER, (kind of like my son disappeared with a trucker and got killed) and looked so thin and gray some of us wondered how long she'd live. Wilfore turned right around and married Janice's very best friend from Blacksburg. Seemed he didn't have much compassion at all.

But he's a Virginia Tech DELTA frat boy, and seems those boys stick together.

I was so sad in 1998 to hear about the Englishman who had a Caterpillar dealership in Cobb County, Georgia, apparently competing with Yancey. He said he didn't know Wilfore, who was head of Yancey sales at that time, but he did have a Porche in his garage he raced all over the world. He complained he couldn't keep folks to work at his CATERPILLAR DEALERSHIP because, he said, the Cobb County Cops kept giving them tickets and the cops wouldn't leave them alone.

It was real sad, but I could sure relate to it. Cobb County just about finished off my entire family. They're well-equipped to destroy people, American families and children. But they let Pakistanis, like Quasim Cheema, outrun the cops and walk away without a fine. In Cobb County you have to know the right people, like the Beard Family associated with the DA's office, or at least, like the Paki, get married in.

Americans get arrested and thrown in jail in Cobb County.

David Goode, now retired from Norfolk Southern is on the board of Caterpillar. At one time Robert and W. Graham Claytor were heading up both railroads, Norfolk and Western, and Southern. They're dead now, but from Roanoke, my home town. I'm sure my Dad knew them, or knew of them.

George P. Moore knew my Dad, because my Dad had traveled all over Western Virginia to judges, lawyers and accountants offices. It was his regular job. George wasn't a lawyer but was rich enough to own several.

Back to Cobb County, here's a picture of Qasim Cheema, from Pakistan, showing my dog, Dixie. Qasim outran the Cobb County cops and his father-in-law told me he got out of it and they covered it all up. He'd been traveling to New York for the Westminster show and traveled all over, stayed on the internet. Doug said Qasim had money coming into the country the U.S. government knew nothing about. I figured they were so busy planning how to destroy my life at the Cobb County court house, they didn't have time to worry about any foreigners, particularly a rich, Pakistan Muslim.

Galbraith, Chuck Hayes, VANPAC, Birmingham, Brannan, Casolaro, Suicide, Prison, Cocaine, Bill Clinton, Jeb Bush, and Don Siegelman

It isn't just Alabama. It's a huge, dirty, blanket-covered barrel of fermenting corruption, murder and greed, dating back decades to corporate board rooms, prominent families, and the highest offices of government.

A common thread in the VANPAC bombings, political corruption, Kentucky and Gatewood Galbraith, seems to be a Birmingham's FBI Agent, Stephen Brannan, and witness against Chalmer C. "Chuck" Hayes. Known as the "Angel of Death," Hayes is an imprisoned former client of Attorney Galbraith, of Kentucky. I first noticed Hayes accounts around 2004, and hoped to someway follow any interviews when he was released from prison, November 2005. But shortly after he was released, he was marched back inside, accused of attempting to contract the murder of a federal judge. For several months earlier this year he was located at Springfield, Missouri. But for the past several months BOP has shown him as "in transit." Why are they silencing Hayes, like they're silencing Alabama's former Governor Siegelman, in a filthy federal prison?

  • Says Galbraith,

  • "the nickname "Angel of Death" given to Hayes was from his activities in exposing illegal monetary activities by government officials, causing many to retire; i.e., causing their political death."

  • At that point

  • .....Myers telephoned Stephen Brannan, a special agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) based in Birmingham, Alabama, with whom Myers was acquainted, to inform him that Chalmer Hayes was plotting to have John Hayes killed.......

  • FBI Special Agent Stephen Brannan,

  • .......the agent in charge of the Birmingham portion of VANPAC bombings and death threats, was also involved in the Kentucky Chuck Hayes "murder for hire" conviction. Hayes served his time in prison, then 2005 he was released only to be returned to prison accused of attempting to contract the murder of a federal judge - from inside.

By accounts one of Haye's enemies was Bill Clinton, who by internet accounts Hayes had referenced Mena, Arkansas cocaine, and said, "Bill Clinton is trying to turn Kentucky into a narco-republic."

Ray Lemme and Danny Casolaro had several things in common. They were investigators. They were investigating corruption to the highest levels of government. They committed suicide in seedy motels, both slashing their arms.

  • Ray Lemme

  • A DOT investigator, Ray Lemme, was found with his wrist slashed in a bathtub at a Valdosta, Ga., hotel July 1, 2003. Friends say Lemme had serious health problems, and police ruled his death a suicide.
But Curtis is convinced Lemme was killed by someone who didn't like what Lemme had uncovered.
Lemme, an investigator for DOT's inspector general, said he "tracked the corruption all the way to the top," Curtis contends. Lemme's supervisors say it is unlikely the cautious Lemme would have made such disclosures to anyone.
    -
His attempts at uncovering Florida corruption landed him bloody-dead in a low rate, Georgia motel. Casolaro was rewarded for his bravery in attempts to unravel government corruption in a blood-stained, seedy, West Virginia motel room. It seems America's "BIG BOYS" are running out of "termination" tricks for those who might uncover their "unethical" activities. I tried to sketch pictures of someone like Gary Webb who might put two bullets in the back of his own head. It's impossible unless he'd had broken arms.

Maybe it's just a coincidence these investigators are found bloody dead. What's most interesting is how gullible the news media and the American people appear to be. For at least fifty years, the American Coverup Blanket and Media has protected executive criminals allowing the continuance of high crimes and misdemeanors.

Can 99,000 acres in Paraguay handle migrants from the USA, from both political parties? Would the government of Paraguay welcome these wealthy newcomers with open arms?
    -
  • Danny Casolaro

  • For more than a year, Danny Casolaro, a Washington D.C. -based freelance investigator, had been sorting through a web of intrigue--the S & L debacle, BCCI, Iran-Contra, the contra-connected Wackenhut Corp., the Wackenhut-connected Inslaw case, and the Inslaw-connected "October Surprise."

According to one of his close friends, who asked not to be named, Casolaro began receiving death threats eight or nine months ago. "Brother, just make it quick," Casolaro is reported to have told one of these midnight callers. The last threat came on Monday, August 5, according to his brother, Anthony.

How quick death came we may never know. On Saturday, August 10, Casolaro was found dead in Room 517 of the Martinsburg, W. Va., Sheraton. His body was discovered with 12 incisions in his arms in a bathtub of bloody
water 17 hours after he had called his mother's house at 6 p.m. Friday to say he was heading home but that he would not make it to his niece's birthday party. On the following Monday Martinsburg authorities notified by a cleaning contractor.

Tommy Schlette worked for Carlyle Group owned Vought Aircraft, through Pinkerton Government Services as a security guard. He was suicided May 3, 2006 after describing the tons of documents being shipped from Vought's Milledgeville, Georgia facility to the Stuart facility in Florida for shredding. Boxes and boxes of documents were shredded by the guards. But Tommy had read some of the documents before they were destroyed. "The entire government is going down," he said, just before Mark Foley became the center of attention on MSM, and CIA Director Porter Goss resigned, caught at Washington's Watergate Hotel playing poker and prostitute games. Just before he died, Tommy'd been "Baker Acted," which is basically the State of Florida's way of saying, "You're insane, compliments of the State."

Bell South, telecommunications ripoffs, executive revenge, Nashville lawyers and Gatewood Galbraith

Bell South was one of the Railroad vendors my ex-husband, Assistant Vice President, Norfolk Southern Railroad, wrote contracts with. It seemed I could not get "out from under" Bell South no matter where I moved after the divorce. They always had an outstanding bill, or were disconnecting my service. In one instance they turned over a bill to a group of Nashville attorneys. It wasn't only Bell South. Someone ran up $75 on an AT&T card I had, but had never used. MCI refused to remove a monthly charge, and several other incidents prompted formal complaints to the FCC with absolutely no results.

These boys had the company connections to keep a person hopping to the mailbox wondering what would "blow up" next in way of a crazy offer, nasty bill or threat.

    Until I read
  • John Caylor's accounts,
  • I hadn't known about the VANPAC bombings, and if I had, I couldn't recall. It's possible the groups responsible could be involved with my situation, my deceased son, and even my Dad's mysterious heart attack at the age of 39, in 1962. My Dad had been against racism in a state run by the highly racist political Byrd Machine of Virginia. He had also been an officer anticipating promotion in the United States Navy where there are accounts that during that time, the U.S. Navy was a racist institution.

Gordon Bennett, in Warner Robins, Georgia, 1999, had said, "I've got enough C-4 on my truck to blow up this whole 'fkn' Air Force Base."

When I moved to Kentucky and purchased a small farm, it was a couple months and Bell South disconnected my service saying I owed money, $248.51. I phoned the company and was told to go to Harrodsburg, KY and pay cash at the C&T Market beside the Post Office. They wired the money, Western Union, to Bell South. After paying the demanded cash, I found my phone was still disconnected and again drove to a phone booth to ask why Bell South had not restored my service. The Bell South employee explained I owed them $169.91 more. I asked where I could pay with a check this time, and was told to drive to Danville True Value Hardware store and pay. I've since wondered who got the cash. Maybe the GOP, or since the store was owned by foreigners, maybe the Muslims, but I don't think so.

It took about a week to have phone service restored and realizing phone service in Kentucky's countryside was not trustworthy, I purchased a cell phone. Later I switched my service to a more trustworthy Florida company at a higher price.

It seems if you divorce the railroad you enter "Ripoff City" and your life is an limitless nightmare. They will be sure you will not enjoy a day or a dollar.

I'd hired an attorney, Gatewood Galbraith, to see if he could have my son's body exhumed. Since they'd done everything to keep me from his funeral and burial, something wasn't right. After several months with no activity, I asked Gatewood to return my money, and he agreed to give me back $4,000 and keep $2,000. It took several years and lawyers letters sent to Galbraith from Prepaid Legal to get it all back.

Gatewood had known Gordon Bennett. Gordon had come to Warner Robins, June 1999, and said he had enough C-4 explosives in his truck to blow up the Air Force base. I believe he probably did, because as we drove out of town we had police escorts, and after all the arrests I'd suffered there, I figured Gordon was their friend, coming to take me out of their hair. I figured if I followed the "Yellow Brick Road" up to Kentucky, eventually I'd find out who murdered my son. This was a gigantic underground network involved.

Gordon had also said he'd gotten the sheriff of Fayette County, Lexington, Kentucky busted. "He asked me to run cocaine on my truck and I refused to do it," Gordon said. "So the sheriff, he set me up." Gordon's story was, "The sheriff spent a week in jail, and I got three years in prison."

Gordon said many things, two most noteworthy, "My preacher knows what I do." And, he told about the day he went over and blew a guy's brains out with a shotgun. "He opened the door, and I blew his head off." He also said, "If they told me to, I'd have to kill you, too."

"I seen people get skinned alive."

"That's not really how it happened," Gatewood Galbraith explained about Gordon's experience with the Fayette sheriff. But he wouldn't say more about it. Gatewood went on to say I wouldn't have any lawsuits, because there was too much money against me. He never said whose money it was.

Now that we know Trent Lott was flying on the RJ Corman ticket, and I'd rented a farm not a city block from their Wilmore, Ky. facility that sure connects Norfolk Southern's retired executive, Phil Ogden who was going to burn me in court from the witness stand. Ogden's on the R.J. Corman board of directors. Kentucky's Okonite in Richmond raised eyebrows, and the connection tying it all in together seemed to be Mike Conover's Richmond motel, where state police stayed while in "Criminal Justice" training classes. Now that coal, Pittston and Black Beauty, is carting politicians around, Brinks Home Security is involved, Kentucky's on the map with Virginia Tech boys and the railroad. I had wondered why I kept replacing locks on my doors. Maybe it wasn't paranoia, at all.

These boys like to win better than anything. It doesn't matter if the deck's stacked, as long as they're the stackers and not the stackees. The curious part is why executives and politicians aren't prosecuted with "equal justice under the law," and R.I.C.O. legislation when they commit crimes of conspiracy or collusion. They always manage to find a way of squirming out of it, just like any other snake.

I attempted to ("improperly" without a lawyer) file
  • a Civil Rights Case
  • for false arrests and police harassment from Georgia, in a Kentucky Federal court and again was "laughed out." Even if I had been "insane" and "delusional" it seems "crazy" folks should have the same rights as any other person. The Judge was a strong supporter of the Ten Commandments, but apparently didn't comprehend civil rights, or grasp the simple concept of "Right vs. Wrong."

It didn't matter what the judge did, because at that point I'd realized I'd lose anyway. The deck had been stacked before I'd arrived in Kentucky, the designated place where I'd ultimately be finished off. But I knew at least I'd leave a paper trail, if nothing else. It did appear to force Cobb County's Judge Grubbs to sign the divorce papers after a year of living hell. So Cobb County was keeping tabs.

As proud as I am of the South, and of the goodness of Southern people, I can honestly testify this Band of Southern Demons have formulas and designs for destroying lives, families, peace, creating insanity, creating suicidal situations, arranging imprisonment and staging frameups. They're patient, organized, and they calculate destructive events over time. They're drug connected, organized criminals, and many are in high places. Even "Christian" Ralph Reed, Jr. spoke of putting his enemies in body bags. There is no doubt in my mind it's what they've done to Alabama's former Governor Don Siegelman, what they're trying to do to Alabama's John Caylor, and Alabama's Dana Jill Simpson. It's probably what happened to Georgia's former State Senator Charles Walker. I know, because they've done it to me, to my family and my children and it's well documented throughout this blog.

I've always believed Gordon Bennett knew about the Atlanta Stock shootings in 1999, and here's why. Somebody was flying him around on a black helicopter with a red stripe down the side. And his C-4 loaded Nissan SUV was painted the same way. I was staying in a Richmond, KY motel waiting for the divorce papers to be signed, (Knights Inn, the same chain Ray Lemme died in) and Gordon knocked on the room door. He said he was just checkin' on me but flipped on the TV and said, "You're gonna see some of 'it' now." And shooting scenes were all over CNN.

The killer was associated with Cobb County, and in some way with Stockbridge, Georgia, where I'd groomed a woman's dogs and she'd also visited my husband's Norfolk Southern office secretly. Not so long after a Judge was gunned down in Atlanta, and I figured the same group was probably in on that, too. They plan these things. It's the way of saying to a surviving judge, or anybody else, "you do what we want or this will happen to you." If I hadn't seen brainwashed, paranoid people in Georgia and Kentucky capable of murder I'd think otherwise.

Gordon Bennett said it himself, "I've been brainwashed." And all over the Southeast area of the country, whenever there's a dog show, Knight's Inn was the place that would allow crated animals.

  • Atlanta massacre: Broker shoots 12 dead as stock market falls

  • Then reading about the terrorist training camp in Kentucky during the "Bluegrass Conspiracy" era, Khashoggi and cocaine, I could believe it more. Gordon seemed proud in saying, "We've got the meanest people in the world in Kentucky."

    We've also got the nicest.

Blacksburg, Virginia Tech, Coal, Trent Lott, Siegelman and Corporate Flight Buddies

When I noticed "Southern Company," I thought of the Siegelman case, and Alabamian John Caylor's article. But looking further, I noticed R.J. Corman and some coal companies listed as Trent Lott flying companions. After reading Mr. Caylor's account of the VANPAC bombings and his affiliations with some of those involved, I wondered how he'd survived. His article stated he was "in hiding." And I'd read the article last year regarding the murder of his mother as I searched for Alabama answers in the murder of my son.

"Hey, Mr. Caylor, maybe Alabama roads lead to Blacksburg, Virginia and Blacksburg, and Virginia Tech," I thought to myself. Surely Cobb County, Georgia was a pitt-stop.

    http://www.insider-magazine.com/Contract_On_America.html

Last week an article was published regarding a Bush selection which made no sense at all:
    Stanley C. Suboleski
(Virginia Tech, Mining Engineering (M.S.) 1968)

President George W. Bush's pick for a top Energy Department post is a former executive for a coal company that has a long history of mine safety and environmental violations.
    http://www.iht.com/articles/ap/2007/12/18/america/NA-GEN-US-Bush-Energy-Appointment.php

Why would a person with a history of mine safety and environment violations be appointed to such a high office? (To cover up more crimes?)

I'd heard many stories of mercury poisoning to creeks in the mountains and all sorts of hazards in eastern Kentucky from coal mining. And recent mine disasters and lost coal miners' lives lingers in the memories of most Americans.

SELECTIVE SERVICE, VIET NAM. The Deferred, the Chosen Ones. Student Deferred, the intelligent ones, the SAT TEST victors, elevated IQ wonders; children of senators and ruling elites; sent to colleges - not wasted at war, selected to be our next leaders, ruling over corporations, the brilliant ones lobbying with noble intent, changing the tides, governing the states, the nation.

    FRATERNITY BROTHERS:
Memories of the old college days, Virginia Tech, and 1970 crept back into my mind. Tau Delta Fraternity. So many corporate successes in one small batch of boys, and I'd been married "in" for about 23 years. For ten years I've been "out," and it isn't a pleasant place to be. (I feel quite lucky to be, miraculously, alive.)

My "Delt" was a railroader, retired communications and signals A.V.P., Gerard J. Sniffen, Jr., Norfolk Southern Railroad. He wrote huge contracts with telecommunications companies like Bell South, and was happy with complimentary Augusta Masters Golf tickets. Motorola was another communications vendor gifting customers with Motorola Open golf tickets, and other favorite and generous vendors were Okonite, Harmon, and PJ Sales.

His best friend his entire life, John W. Fox, Jr., retired Vice President Coal Sales, Norfolk Southern. Old Delt "brothers" Fox along with Norfolk Southern retiree, Phillip Ogden, Vice President Engineering, were staged to testify against me in "harassing phone call" misdemeanor court in Cobb County, Georgia, 1999, which was later dismissed. It was a divorce case, and the corporate buddies apparently had a vested interest.

I always figured the case was dismissed because I requested a full jury trial, along with permission to have video cameras in the court room.

Ogden was a VMI Grad if I remember correctly, but from the near Botetourt County area of Virginia where I'd lived a while. Kentucky's RJ Corman welcomed Ogden with a seat on their board of directors, and also apparently had a "hankerin" for Trent Lott as you'll see below.

With a little research about Trent, and Pittston Coal pops up and yet another Delt brother, Mike Quillen shows up like, what Southerners say, "a rotten potato." Virginia Tech is very proud of Mr. Quillen and rightfully so. A "Marlboro Man" success story, parallels Alabama's governor Bob Riley's physical description to a "T."
    http://www.vtnews.vt.edu/story.php?relyear=2006&itemno=278

Another older Delt brother was referred to as a lobbyist in Washington DC, and I wish I could remember his name. Then another, at the helm of Yancey Caterpillar in Atlanta, Titus A. Wilfore.

These fraternity brothers and Virginia Tech Graduates are highly successful.

I'd almost forgotten and a blip came on the TV: Trent Lott resigned today. But they never said why so, I found this article which lists some of Lott's corporate buddies who gave him free rides on their planes. He paid the money back. Hope the bad publicity didn't sever his friendships.

I'd ridden in an Alabama corporate plane just before Cobb County cops put me on the streets with a court order based on lies.

These are some of Lott's friendly flying companion companies:
UST, Inc.; Northwest Airlines Fuel Services Co.; Bell South; R.J. Reynolds Tobacco; Federal Express; Union Pacific; Entergy Services; Raytheon; Aflac; CBRL Group, Inc. Cracker Barrel; Griffin Industries; L-3 Vertex Aerospace; Viking Range Corporation; Burlington Northern Santa Fe; Pilot; Pittston Coal; Limited, Inc.; Jones Management Services; Roy Anderson Corporation; Salza Foods Corporation; Scruggs Law firm, Inc; Southern Company; U.S. Strategies; El Paso Corporation; RJ Corman Company; Sanderson Farms, Inc; Black Beauty Coal; CSX Corp; Northrop Grumman Corporation; Boeing Company, Philip Morris Management Corp.

All of these powerful people so well-connected to my powerful railroad executive husband, directly or indirectly, I've always wondered how my son could have disappeared in Coweta County, Georgia and been killed so swiftly and suddenly in Baldwin County, Alabama and how with no witnesses, and questionable circumstances, there wasn't even a homicide investigation.

Maybe we can add my son's name, Gerard J. Sniffen, III to a list of names of "Milk Carton Kids" and other American children whose short-lived life stories are attached to mystery and ineffective, questionable law enforcement, like Natalee Holloway, and Amy Frink.

Baldwin County, Alabama Hand Notes Taken, March 2001

    SOUTHERN TRAGEDIES.
Murder vs. Suicide. Alabama connects Georgia, North Carolina. Politicians involved.

While my son's body lay in a Mobile, Alabama morgue, December 24, Christmas Eve, 1998, a memorial service was held at a Cobb County, Georgia funeral home. The body wasn't at the funeral.

About three weeks later January 14, 1999 the body was buried in Roanoke, Virginia at Cedar Lawn Cemetery. The Georgia funeral home handled arrangements in Alabama and Virginia, including body shipment and transport. I have never been able to get copies of payment records, disbursements, etc.

Cobb County, Georgia is an area representing many very important people, including Newt Gingrich, former Georgia Governor Roy Barnes, and present U.S. Congressman and physician, Tom Price, a Strategum Group client. Alabama's Attorney General, Troy King was also a Strategum client. Ralph Reed, Jr., Karl Rove, and Jack Abramoff were closely associated with Strategum, and the highest offices of the Republican party in Georgia and Florida. Strategum saw two leaders, Ralph Gonzales, and David Abrami, brutally killed in August, 2007. The third, Mr. Drake, then suicided himself.

There were several things I couldn't understand about my son's disappearance. First, why did they put me out of the house, in the home county of Sonny Perdue? I know now Nell Stumpff the landlord was a part of the plan and she had Alabama connections two ways, her ex had owned a farm there, and through show dogs. Second, why did they keep me away from the funeral and burial with all of the arrests? Third, why did my husband act so erratically the night our son called in distress and, after having our 17 year old daughter drive to nowhere, only talk about "being at work on time," the next day? Fourth, why did my son steal and change clothing along with the shotgun from Crinshaw's house, and discharge two shells from the shotgun? Fifth, Why does the autopsy report say the body had two scars, one above each knee, when my son had no scars on his legs, and never had knee surgery? Six: What was my son trying to tell me he was so afraid of in the Cobb County court house, last time I saw him alive? Seven, Who is the married woman, Mrs. Rose he was having an affair with, whose father was, she'd said, "A retired U.S. Army General who kills people and covers it up."

    Welcome to "Appalachia," Mr. Giuliani.

None of these folks were addicts, "crazy" people, or drunks. But I bet if you fixed them up with some crystal meth, cocaine, heroin, PCP, or oxycontin, they'd be hooked, "crazy" or dead - in a New York minute. I think that speaks real good for "mountain people eugenics'" don't you? None of them had that "Shakin' Leg Syndrome," or "A.D.H.D" either. Besides that, they took a trip to the ocean now and then, and never even got seasick. Thing about mountain folks, they're good humored, but don't take too kindly to bullies.

Dad was Navy, WWII, Pilot, Lt. Commander, dropped dead the last day of the Cuban Missile Crisis, aged 39-on call active duty; Nancy's husband fought the War of 1812. He was a Corporal. We have Rosses, Keys and Fosters in the family too. Maybe that's where the music came from. They say Kentucky mountains are filled with descendants of Johanne Sebastian Bach. Guess it's true. Lots of talent in those mountains, these folks are from the Virginia side.

Daisy left Georgia, lived in fear a few years, and died a bloody, painful death in Kentucky.

Don Siegelman, Fascist News: Advance Publications, Inc.

Still receiving comments from Southerners extremely angry about former Alabama Governor Don Siegelman's fascist, politically motivated imprisonment. When news media sources are dishonest, no longer trustworthy, and so obviously biased, it's time for the entire country to brace themselves for what may follow. Readers send more comments:

    Atlantaflash says:
The three largest newspapers plus the Internet site al.com in Alabama are all owned by Advance Publications, INC. They literally print nothing but lies about all Democrats in the state. They will not allow their investigative reporters any access to these cases. If they would have investigated and printed the truth about Don Siegelman like the locally own papers done the Canary's would have been run out of the state by its citizens before now.

It has taken a few months, but most Alabamians now know the truth about their good friend Don Siegelman, about the conspiracy that removed the most popular Democrat in Alabama by Bush's appointees and how his elections were taken from him.

These three newspaper instruct their writers to start every article that they write about Siegelman with this statement, "our newspapers endorsed Riley and we believe Siegelman to be a crook" then they twist every sentence after that to sound negative.

Many of us are dropping our subscriptions and are switching to locally owned newspapers.

    Mike Hale says:
When the books leave the press next fall about the persecution of Alabama̢۪s most popular Democrat Ex-Governor Don Siegelman, they will be best sellers; I guarantee. I don̢۪t know of anyone in the history of the United States who has had the constitution torn up and thrown in their face, by all levels of the federal government like Siegelman has. On top of that, the three largest newspapers in his own state have been a big part of this conspiracy. The newspapers are owned by the media giant, Advance Publications Inc. Whose writers have pacific orders on how to write news articles that involves Democrats. These newspapers are feeding this same false information to the AP Associated Press and the TV and radio media. This is a form of nazism and is against the law. I have requested that the FBI conduct an investigation of Advance Publications Inc.

Every time I see Riley on TV. I want to change channels knowing what a liar and cheat that he has proven to be.

The following is part one of a few accounts that I have personal knowledge of:

    (A) In late 1998 Karl Rove and William Canary arranged money laundering operations with Ralph Reed and Glover Norquist, and worked a deal with Bush's campaign financier and Rove's good friend lobbyist Jack Abramoff to finance Alabama campaign financing of GOP candidates in return for political favors. Canary and Rove were working closely with Republican Attorney General William Pryor who began at that time and continued profiling Alabama Democrats as part of their payback for running his election campaign. Don Siegelman's FBI file was flagged at this time by Pryor since Siegelman was a Democrat paving the way for other Democrats to Follow.

    (B) In 1999 Jack Abramoff and Michael Scanlon funneled millions of dollars from the Mississippi Choctaw Indians to be laundered by Ralph Reed's Christian Coalition to defeat Siegelman's state education lottery. Representative Bob Riley endorsed Reed̢۪s letters that was mailed to all Alabama residents along with prime time radio and TV ads trying to defeat Siegelman's effort to fund education in a state that ranked last in the number of illiterate adults.

    (C) The conspiracy to kill Siegeman's Education Lottery worked, leaving Siegelman's campaign owing two million dollars to institutions that loaned the money to run the campaign. The negative advertisements caused many Alabamians that had made pledges to renege on their donations. Siegelman on his own managed to pay off all but $500,000 of the note.

    (D) In 2001 Bush appointed William Canary's wife as U.S. Attorney of Middle Alabama. Her prior job was working for Al. A.G. William Pryor. According to her piers one of her jobs for Pryor was profiling Don Siegelman and other top Alabama Democrats.

    (E) In 2002, Mark Fuller who was the district attorney for Coffee County was appointed By Bush to be U.S. federal judge in middle Alabama. His successor who was appointed by Siegelman found that Fuller had falsified the county payroll for his investigators who had been doing work for him on the side. Fuller who owed one senior investigator several thousand dollars attempted to falsify his income so that he could retire and draw an additional $1,000 a month for the rest of his life. Fuller left for the federal bench with this hanging over his head. AG Pryor refused to investigate or charge Fuller for defrauding and falsifying Coffee county̢۪s payroll. He also attempted to defraud the Al. Retirement System.

Fuller blamed Siegelman for exposing him. Fuller owns 47% and is/was president of Doss Aviation of Colorado, Springs, CO. He was working both jobs. His uncle Everett Terry serves on several Congressional Defense Committees and made his nephew Mark Everett Fuller a wealthy man through military contracts.

    (F) Campaign Summer of 2002, Bob Riley used Goff's personal plane to fly to Washington to meet with Karl Rove to get a quick course in wearing $3,000 alligator boots and how to project himself as the Marlboro man riding a horse in his campaign ads.

He also had a private meeting with Lobbyist Michael Scanlon hosted by Rove. Scanlon used to work for Riley before he went to work for Congressman Delay. Riley asked for major financial help on his campaign for governor. Scanlon with the aid of Jack Abramoff and Rove who would provide white house assistance in pulling it off. They agreed to use scare tactics on the Indian Casinos making them pay large sums of money to block so called legislation to keep their casinos from having to pay taxes. Then it was to block legislation to keep the casinos from being shut down.. Then it was to defeat Siegelman since he was still pushing the Lottery. The money would be laundered by the National Republican associations. Scanlon created sham companies one of which was setup in Europe from which over a million dollars came. Riley received millions of dollars which in Congressman John McCain̢۪s congressional investigation he acknowledged that Riley received millions of dollars from the Republican Associations, but they could not determine where the money came from.

    (G) 2002 election night. All the polls had reported in and Siegelman won by over 6,000 votes. Dan Gans, who had programming, computer system administration training and trained to work on the Diebold Election Systems Inc and the ES&S central voting tabulator was about to be fired by Bob Riley when he decide to get online with Bay Minette located in Baldwin County, Al. He made several attempts to take votes from Siegelman̢۪s total vote count and switch them to Riley̢۪s; however, there was a third candidate that was running for governor that he forgot about. Gans had trouble making the total votes equal the number of voters that had voted. There was a count of the paper ballots which still showed Siegelman as the winner. So as a cover up, all the votes was sealed by AL AG William Pryor who issued a warning that he would prosecute anyone who attempted to break the seals. Siegelman tried to get a court order to have a recount but the Republican Judges wouldn̢۪t issue one. Siegelman filed charges with the attorney general̢۪s office attorney Troy King and talked with the FBI to no avail.

STRATEGUM GROUP, Republican Death, Destruction and the Mistress

The Republican political planners, Strategum Group is one of those "dogs" the press seems to have let lie. After all, two Orlando men, roommates Ralph Gonzalez, and David Abrami, were gunned down by a N.C. friend, Robert Jason Drake, who then committed suicide on the spot. All sorts of rumors surrounded the story including suggestions of a homosexual love affair, and other accounts indicated it could have been part of a broader coverup.

Gonzalez had once been head of the Republican party in Georgia. By internet accounts, Drake was someway possibly affiliated with Congressman Patrick McHenry of the Gastonia area of North Carolina, whose friend Aaron Lay had been caught in a vote count scandal.

Several very powerful people were involved with the Strategum Group. But for my own personal losses, and the connections, I'm only looking at a few, other than the Las Vegas Connections, which Attorney Michael Broadbear, whose attorney tactics nearly destroyed my life as my husband's attorney, and as a "railroad accident attorney." Broadbear had business investments in Las Vegas.

    All Republicans - so far.

First, Congressman Tom Price, a resident of Roswell, Georgia, a physician, Republican. Price was a Strategum client. Roswell, Georgia police arrested my son, Gerard J. Sniffen, III, and my son had come home complaining that he'd given police no reason to pull him over. His railroad executive father had hired a local Roswell attorney and things had gone well. But close to a year later when my son disappeared in Coweta County, Georgia, the only way of identifying the body was through fingerprints, and those identifying fingerprints were supplied by Roswell, Georgia PD.

Price was also connected to Emory University and Grady Hospital through his Medical practices. These were two corruption chronicles the English publication, The New Criminologist, was tackling in 2005, along with "The Grady Coalition."

Second, my son, before he disappeared to Republican Baldwin County, Alabama, had told me his father, my husband, had a mistress. His mistress, I would later learn through family, had a computer consulting business, and was said to have freelanced with the State of Georgia, and other companies. My husband's mistress was from Roswell, Georgia. She had a sister, and mother connected with medicine, and strong Florida connections. His mistress had appeared about the time my son had disappeared, nearly as though it had all been prearranged.

When my son told me of his father's mistress, I had asked my husband who the strange lady was who called. He became angry, and our son was chastised and brought to tears. And our son also knew I hadn't attacked our daughter as would later be filed in a Cobb County court. He knew his father had lied to police. The last time I saw my son alive was in a Cobb County, Georgia court.

    If you go
  • here,
  • you will see the website. There have been no memorials for the son who was lost when "Miss Dale" entered the picture. Her sons are not displayed as my children are featured in several shots, along with some St. Lucie sharks, which reminds me of Tommy Schlette, and Willie Gary - stories for a later time.

Kenneth Schatten, my Atlanta attorney, with Private Detective Billy Carter present had said in 1999, "We believe your husband murdered your son." I refused to believe it but now realize Schatten could have been telling the truth because my son could have destroyed the divorce settlement had he testified about the mistress, and lies to police. But it also could have been the mistress and her Roswell connections. Atlanta Attorney Michael Broadbear is most probably the man with the answers who made the win-the-divorce arrangements.

For lack of space, additional American arrest, police harassment, and "your government at work" records are displayed
  • here.

  • And somewhere among these not-so-noble human connections, there is a marijuana/cocaine/mob-drug network tied into it all that connects to Houston County, Georgia, home of Kentucky's first Republican Governor in decades; Cobb County, Georgia; Alabama, and Kentucky. It's a crime scene CSI and "Unsolved Mysteries" hasn't opened, and real, live politicians tremble at the thought.

Last time I saw him alive, my son came to me in the hall of the Cobb County court house, and was looking behind him to be sure he couldn't be heard. He said in a whisper, "Mom I don't want to do this." I said to him, " Just, tell the truth. It's all you have to do." My son looked at me and then glanced behind... and looked back into my eyes, and was extremely frightened.

I wouldn't understand his fears until I received information he was dead in Baldwin County, Alabama. His body lay in a Mobile, Alabama morgue for several weeks, even while he was being memorialized in Cobb County, Georgia on Christmas Eve. Railroaders attended his Georgia funeral Christmas Eve, without realizing his body was still in storage in Alabama.

I didn't attend. Cobb County would have arrested me for "violation of a protective order," and I knew it was a setup. It had all been arranged.

It was interesting that Strategum Group was Republican. Strategum Group was also spread across three Southern States: Alabama, Georgia and Florida. And then they had some curious Las Vegas Connections.

That Strategum Group was a Feeney proponent wasn't surprising. He's said to be one of the most corrupt Congressmen in the country. The story of Ray Lemme's "suicide," the Chinese, Chris Curtis, and rigged voting machines is enough to send a real American's blood curdling.

But another curious Strategum Group customer is Alabama's Attorney General, Troy King. It's difficult to think former Governor Don Siegelman could get any kind of fair trial with Republicans as powerful as these grouped under the Strategum umbrella.

Worst if Siegelman is dealing at all with Baldwin County, the coroner owns the funeral home, and the coroner's son is an investigator; and the deputy represents himself as the sheriff, and if you want public records, according to Mr. Garner, you have to get a subpoena, but first, hire a lawyer. And it goes on and on to where one says the A.B.I. investigated and the other says, "No we did not investigate." And the A.B.I. agent has the same last name as the Judge so you wonder if the entire county is inbred.

I'm no longer surprised I couldn't get Alabama Attorney General Mr. King interested in my son's case.

I'd seen that tactic of being redirected many times before. It's how the politicians and questionable lawyers work to run folks past the statutes of limitations, past the brink of patience, kindness and understanding, and past the point of life itself. React adversely and you might go to prison or be locked away forever, ma'am. That's one of the legal tricks lawyers use, and they have plenty of them.

Still to come: the story of Thomas G. Schlette, former employee of Pinkerton Government Security, tenant of D.L. Rickard, and security guard for Vaught Aircraft, the Bush owned Stuart Facility. A few of Tommy's last words were, "I golf with Mark Foley." Right after Schlette's "overdose," Foley was splattered all over the National news. Schlette lived in Florida, Port St. Lucie, and later the Melborne area renting from D.L. Rickard, before fatally overdosing May 3, 2006 and he maintained for nearly four years my son was still alive and had been relocated secretly. Tommy's complete story, with pictures and emails will be provided.

Below is a list of Strategum Group clients:

Next: How it connects to North Carolina, South Carolina and Dog Shows..... and how Port St. Lucie's Tommy Schlette connected to the Bush Air Craft Facility and Stuart/St. Lucie Attorney Willie Gary, who connected with Kenneth Schatten for an Atlanta court case in a paternity suit of two little twin daughters.
