The Squeeze: How criminals use the justice system & lawyers to slowly bleed innocent people financially, emotionally, physically - to death.

First, they set up lots of arrests and horrors to create fear and compliance. Then they get to your lawyer. Before living in Cobb County, Georgia at age 45, my criminal record consisted of one speeding ticket going 10 miles over the limit. In one year in Georgia and Kentucky, during divorce proceedings I had more than 40 well-arranged brushes with the law, continuing police harassment, false arrests, sabotage to home, property, killed animals, and even suffered the loss of a child.

The jail/arrest/harassment horrors were initially arranged as coercion tactics using authorities to force me to sign papers and comply with his wishes but later on the crime gangs continued the horrors in Kentucky.

I am advised by my Georgia lawyer now to stop writing my story on the internet. "People are getting angry at what you're writing." He has had trouble getting my check to me on time for the past several months. It's ruining my credit, and extremely stressful.

If what I write is the truth, why should anybody be angry? And why should I be punished or blackmailed with my own money for telling the truth? Will they kill another animal or another child? What will they do next? Go after my mother? My family? My friends? What else can they do?

The contents of this blog show the tactics, and although redundant, skimming through will show how the game is played for those who wish to avoid it for themselves, their friends or families. It all began with the court system and a Georgia divorce.

Two attorneys said basically the same things. "There's too much money against you." According to their advice combined, I will never get the truth about what really happened to my son. I have no lawsuits. I have no recourse for the false arrests. The system is stacked against me and money buys it all. I will not be afforded the same rights as other U.S. citizens nor will I enjoy equal protection under the law.

So if these two attorneys, Mr. Kenneth Schatten, and Mr. Gatewood Galbraith have all the answers, then why don't they tell me the names of the people with all the money who are so intent on wrecking my life and keeping the truth covered?

Regardless of what you say (truth, misunderstanding or false), the opposition fears an understanding of their tactics. At some point, although tremendously important to the individuals involved, the "truths" and the specifics of each matter become unimportant. The tactics, however, since they are employed over and over again, are vitally important to the bad guys. Understanding their methodology and tactics is what they fear. Wishing you best in your horrific and continuing efforts to expose the TRUTH.

Many different tactics, but they are all varieties of blackmail when all's said and done. Even when they resort to outright violence, it's used to make others succumb to blackmail.

We have a failed justice system in many aspects because criminals bully people using the court and police systems, and know the fine line where "civil" and "criminal" law overlaps.

Organized crime gangs can purchase the best of lawyers.

They know how to get away with bullying people. Here in Kentucky a friend was terrorized by nearby shooting. A bullet came in through the kitchen window, just missing a person. Then, the homeowner received a low-ball offer for the farm.

The criminals want the entire area and know all the tricks to scare someone "good" out.

It's coercion tactics, but worse, they're using the victims assets against them.

The worst part of it all is that they often get away with it because the burden of proof of criminal conspiracy, or malicious intent is placed on the victim, who is being terrorized, feeling threatened, and being financially, emotionally incapacitated all the while.

Thank you all for writing. I don't know what this country is coming to but do fear for the little children growing up to survive a corrupted system.

Those who use organized crime to persecute their ex-wives and ex-business partners, might ask themselves why it that organized crime is willing to do this?

It is because when they do things for you, you owe them. And, in their view, if they have helped a man "get his life back" from the accursed ex-wife, then from the point of view of organized crime, it seems reasonable that the man now owes organized crime his life and all his possessions, plus a bit of interest, which has to be paid by allowing them to direct, control and skim, every subsequent business transaction and career move that he makes.

Organized crime does not produce winners, only different categories of losers and victims. The top man in any gang, is the one with most to fear. He may not fear the police, the courts, or the FBI, but truly, he fears the next man that the system creates who is exactly like him, only perhaps a bit younger and a bit sharper.
Hyenas do not know a happy end.

This particular lawyer has been questionable from the beginning. There's very little a person can do about tainted lawyers. Good, ordinary Americans aren't schooled or financially equipped to play the American games of finance, law, and tax sheltering.

This particular lawyer advised me not to contact police regarding the fact he believed my husband murdered my son. And he did not contact police even though he said he believed it.

He recently said, "If money wants something to stay covered up, then you will never get the truth about it."

By his advice, money rules it all, and there are plenty of people who can buy anything they want, take anything they want, threaten anyone they want, right or wrong. America is a place for wealthy millionaires while the rest suffer in silence.

He also said, "Maybe they have your son somewhere, and they've told him if he tries to contact any of you, they'll kill you all."

We are in a dangerous situation. My family has suffered because this lawyer has not been honest nor told the truth. He hasn't contacted police even suspecting murder of his client's child.

IF a lawyer is an officer of the court, what are his responsibilities?

In contacting the GBI, the lawyer's antics are described as "lawyer's tactics." If so which law school teaches these tricks? And when will its doors be permanently shut?

Because of the failed justice system, and the obvious influence of organized crime in this country, our grandchildren will be living in a Third World environment.

It's very tragic that Americans can do nothing about it, but worse that they won't realize it until it's already happened.

Besides this lawyer, there is something in Cumming, Georgia that shouldn't be happening. It's one of the places that keeps coming up on the radar. Perhaps it's just more drugs, which are everywhere. Whatever it is, no doubts Kentucky is connected.

I myself went through a similiar situation in small town kentucky when I refused to sell the county attorney my home which borders on the rest of his property.to my horror he issues an arrest warrant for me under harrassment charges to his brother who lived right besided me.. I am 5'2 female wieghing around 125 and his brother is about 6'3 and weighting around 250,, they did eventually run me out of my home, and broke me both financially and emotionally, and now the same county attorney has been appointed judge. I am trying to heal but somehow I cant seem to move on knowing that they got away with the torture and harrassment. the only hope i have is to one day get moved out of this state and maybe in time forgive or forget. the lawyers I hired were somehow in the county attorneys pocket. it was all such a nightmare I will never be the same person again.

Thank you for your comment. It's very sad, even shocking to find the country you were born to love and respect has become so corrupt it isn't safe to live here anymore. I'd like to ask you which county you're in, but won't because I was advised by a lawyer that there are some lawyers in Kentucky who will get you killed. (Unbelievable!)

I never thought I'd see the day I'd have to fear professionals, the people who command the very most respect. And I had always heard a lawyer is an officer of the court. Heaven help us for that!!

I understand completely how you'll never be the same person again.

I just came across a tape of an arrest in Georgia where I was being harassed and coerced to sign divorce papers (divorcing a railroad executive who had a mistress.) It was emotionally painful to watch what I endured... the memory is a horror story in itself!

They will find a way to make your life HELL If you don't give them what they want. They've written the laws so it's a game stacked for them to win.

All we can do is pray for change to come.

In the meantime you can report this incident with documents proving (police reports, etc.) to the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. and at least make it a matter of record so if the judge or any of his associates pull the same tricks against you or anybody else, there will be a trail following them.

Good luck to you, and thanks again for writing.
(Feel free to write to me if I can help, further.)
